Texas Pecan Rice

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup uncooked long grain rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Instructions:
