Isabella Strahan takes big step after scan reveals she’s cancer-free

One month after her latest MRI revealed she was officially cancer free, Isabella Strahan is getting back to normal life.

It’s been nearly one year since Strahan was diagnosed with brain cancer, as she shared in an interview with Good Morning America, where her father, Michael Strahan is a co-host.

In a YouTube video from July, Strahan announced that her latest MRI “was a great, great scan” that showed “everything was clear. Cancer-free. And everything is great.”

Now, Strahan is heading back to USC.

The 19-year-old was a student at USC when she was originally diagnosed with brain cancer. As a result of the aggressive battle ahead of her, Strahan took some time off school to focus on the battle at hand.

On Aug. 20, Strahan took to her Instagram Story to share the big news that she’s getting back to normal life, which includes getting back to college.

Strahan first shared she was cancer-free through photos of herself ringing the bell as she wore a gold crown on June 14.
